Malte Langkabel 410c9646b8 List unlocked recipes with tooltips in schematic choice dialog

Update REQ-DEF-SCHEMATIC-DROP: the schematic option's "Unlocks recipes for:"
item list becomes an "Unlocks recipes:" list of the recipes themselves (by
id), each showing the recipe info tooltip from REQ-UI-SELECT-TOOLTIP on hover.
Listing recipes rather than deduplicated items also removes the item-to-recipe
ambiguity.
