Malte Langkabel 2969aa2033 Ignore local Claude Code config files ...

.mcp.json holds a plaintext Gitea access token and settings.local.json is
machine-specific, so neither belongs in the repo. Untrack settings.local.json
(it stays on disk) and ignore both.
