Malte Langkabel d4b9023d8f Add T hotkey for temporary blueprint from selection ...

Add REQ-UI-BLUEPRINT-TEMP and a T entry in REQ-UI-HOTKEYS. Pressing T
creates a temporary blueprint from the current selection and enters
placement mode without naming, panel entry, or persistence; right-click
exits and discards it. Capture and placement reuse existing saved-
blueprint semantics.
