An item with three producers, or an unlock option granting several
recipes, drew its lines one under the next with nothing between them, so a
run of them read as one field of icons and numbers rather than as separate
recipes.
A line can now carry card chrome of its own -- a rounded border and a
little padding, in palette colors like the item chip's. It is off by
default, since a line drawn on an option button or as the panel's recipe
summary is already framed by what holds it; the item tooltip and the
unlock-choice dialog turn it on.
The cycle row also separates its items with "+", so a recipe with two
inputs reads as a sum rather than as a list, and the recipe name on the
identity row is bold, so the card leads with what it is.
