Malte Langkabel 7933536e8d Allow direct output-to-input port coupling between adjacent buildings ...

REQ-MAT-DIRECT-COUPLE: two directly adjacent buildings whose output and
input ports meet transfer items straight between them with no intervening
belt, chaining the output emergence and input intake belts end to end
across the shared edge. Uses the consumer's normal reservation-aware
acceptance; on failure the item stays stuck at the producer's port.
Amends REQ-MAT-BELT-ONLY (its sole exception) and cross-references the
emerge/intake handoffs.
